Craniosacral Therapy uses extremely light touch to restore balance to the cerebral spinal fluid system. The Cerebral Spinal Fluid System travels from the skull to the tailbone through the spine and sacrum. This system has many important functions including removing waste from the brain. The system has a pulse of its own and can lose its rhythm and develop restrictions that can lead to or allow the development of painful conditions. Trained and gifted therapists can reset this cerebral pulse and locate and remove restrictions to the flow of the Cerebral Spinal Fluid. This is done with a feather light touch but can produce powerful sensations and beneficial results.
