Kinesio Taping

Kinesio Tape is used to support the soft tissue of the body in several different ways. It can be applied to excite or relax muscles, to reduce inflamation or move lymph, to relieve pain, to treat scar tissue and more. The tape itself matches the density of the skin so that it can send fascial signals to the reflex system that encourage it to cooperate with the intent of the therapist. In the right situation the tape can make big changes in tissue.
